The leap to UX from project management, marketing, and business analysis was a natural one. Throughout my career, I adopted a consultative approach when focusing on the needs and wants of clients and internal stakeholders. I cultivated a deep interest in understanding and solving problems based on their unique needs. I also developed key critical thinking and research skills that are necessary for diving deeper into user needs and creating user-centric solutions.
